PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE
REQUIREMENTS DEFINITION
Through a structured process, we work with you to understand the concept and define criteria such as lifecycle performance requirements, desired aesthetics, processing environment and preferred end-of-life options. With the definition scope in hand, we will identify suitable starting material options.
BLEND DEVELOPMENT
Our team of experts carefully selects materials that are most suited as starting materials. Upon selection, we will formulate a number of proprietary blends and compound them for performance testing. Throughout this process, we elaborate the details with you to ensure alignment with your priorities and requirements.
PERFORMANCE TESTING
Each blend will be put through a series of rigorous mechanical, chemical and degradation tests to identify a compound that is the closest match to the required technical specifications defined. The data gathered from these tests will form the basis of the processing guidelines and technical data sheets to be generated.
PROCESS & INTEGRATION TESTING
Once the performance metrics have been screened, we will proceed to testing and processing analysis within a production environment. Once testing concludes we will review feedback on any key adjustments required and re-engineer the blend accordingly and re-test.
COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION
Our client confirms the quantity of compound required, the delivery locations and timeframes. Emnandi prepares the agreement accordingly and upon execution, will carry out the deliveries as contractually agreed, permitting our client to enter into full commercial production.
